Multi-grain atta is a type of flour used in Pakistan cuisine that is made from a combination of different grains, including wheat, barley, oats, moringa, black wheat, black barley, sorghum, flaxseeds millet, and corn etc . The grains are cleaned, roasted, and ground together to make a nutritious and flavorful flour.
